The honours board

Posting is optional. Your callsign, score, report count, patience points, and posting date are public. Use a callsign you are happy to share.

Each callsign has one place on the board, showing its best score. Callsigns are not accounts or reserved identities.

Run validation data and a daily hash of your network address are used to check runs and limit spam. Raw network addresses are not stored by the game. The network hash is cleared after its 24-hour expiry when maintenance next runs.

Your last posted callsign is saved on this browser. You can play without posting. The game includes no advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

Anonymous play counts

Fishmail measures daily visits, approximate daily visitors, runs started and finished, and active play time on this server. Paused and hidden-tab time is excluded. These counts are private.

Daily visitor estimates use a salted hash of your network address and browser type. Raw network addresses and browser types are not saved. Daily salts are discarded after the UTC day ends, and expired session identifiers are removed during later requests. Aggregate daily counts are retained. No tracking cookies or persistent browser identifiers are used, and this data is not attached to your callsign.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control requests disable these play counts. You can still play and post a score.
